What sets us apart?
We take a holistic approach to training student-athletes, emphasizing that success on game day stems from the discipline, effort, and preparation that happens behind the scenes.
Our philosophy centers on mentoring young athletes by helping them develop a clear sense of purpose, creating actionable steps toward their goals, and providing consistent guidance to ensure structure and accountability.
We aim to foster a deep connection between mind and body, empowering athletes to grow not just in their sport but in all aspects of their lives.
Alex Haggerty
NCAA Lacrosse at Ohio Wesleyan
PACE Lacrosse Coach and Mentor
Alex brings over a decade of experience as an educator, with a focus on creating personalized academic instruction tailored to meet each student’s unique needs. Alongside his educational expertise, Alex has been deeply involved in lacrosse, coaching and training players across California since graduating from college in 2011. Most recently, he founded the Monterey High School lacrosse program and collaborated with the non-profit organization Lacrosse the Bay to establish youth lacrosse clubs throughout Monterey County.
Alex's mission is to offer athletes the opportunities and guidance he wishes had been accessible during his own journey. Having experienced the challenges of pursuing competitive lacrosse while living far from traditional lacrosse hubs, he understands the obstacles young players face. His goal is not only to help students refine their lacrosse skills but also to cultivate positive habits off the field that empower them to succeed in all areas of life.
