This program blends lacrosse training, academic support, and performance psychology to help student-athletes excel. Athletes will be mentored and trained to build discipline, confidence and leadership skills that lead to success.
The virtual sessions cover:
Goal setting/Accountability (Academic/Personal/Sport specific)
Developing an individualized physical conditioning program
Interpersonal skills training (SEL Skills)
Lacrosse development plan
